Compliance Certificate

Compliance Certificate fee may be assessed for performance of a verification test that results in issuance of a new Compliance Certificate or annotation of an existing Compliance Certificate.		 $

Inspection Rescheduling

  • Rescheduled after 7 a.m. on day of appointment
  • Contractor not ready or no show
  • Return inspection due to failed test or failed test setup

Off-Hours Verification Test

*The initial 2.5-hour increment includes 1.5 hours for the on-site inspection and 1 hour for paperwork processing and travel. Appointments booked immediately following will include 2.5 hours of on-site inspection time and an additional charge of $280. Please refer to the Inspection Fee Guidelines for details.
