If you’ve received a Notice of Enforcement Action or Notice of Violation, then your property recently met a trigger that requires a Compliance Certificate and you have not yet obtained one.
The current property owner is responsible for complying with the PSL program requirements.
You may also be eligible for a time extension or an exemption, and may file an appeals form in order to:
- Request an extension of time or other temporary relief from a deadline or other requirement that you believe is impossible, infeasible or unreasonably burdensome.
- Appeal a decision, action, or determination made by EBMUD within 30 calendar days of the decision, action, or determination.
