The East Bay Municipal Utility District (District) is seeking a multi-disciplinary consultant team to perform a pre-design study for a Medium Voltage Raw Water Pumping Plant with four pumps ranging from 700 to 2000 HP, and a 12-kV substation in Lafayette, CA. The project goal is to address voltage drop and motor starting issues and establish criteria for electrical and mechanical rehabilitation upgrades for this critical 50-year old facility.
