CCTV Inspections and Recommendations for Interceptor System

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (District) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consultants to perform Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection services for various sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes (MHs) within the District's interceptor system.

The consultant scope of work includes CCTV inspection of the interceptor segments, manhole inspections, and preparation of an existing conditions report, including rehabilitation recommendations. Cleaning the interceptor segments prior to the CCTV inspection work may be necessary to allow the CCTV rig to successfully travel through the identified segments. The Proposer shall acquire all necessary permits and provide traffic control plans and traffic control services for all inspections as necessary.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026. Completed proposals should must be submitted electronically via email to Darrin Mock (darrin.mock@ebmud.com)*. Hardcopy proposals will not be accepted.

*The District's email has limitations on attachment size. Make sure your response is less than 25 megabytes. If the file exceeds the limit, you will need to send multiple emails. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the proposals. The District shall not be responsible for any issue related to transfer of files through email.
