The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is seeking firms qualified to provide as-needed emergency restoration, mitigation, and remediation services arising from water intrusion, wastewater releases, and other unanticipated events affecting property damage and subrogation claims administered by EBMUD. EBMUD intends to award a multi-year contract to the proposer that best demonstrates the ability to meet their technical, functional, and support needs.
