East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering consultants for the Power Generation System (PGS) Master Plan Project.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026. Completed proposal must be submitted by electronic mail (email) to Simon Kobayashi, simon.kobayashi@ebmud.com. Hard copy proposals will not be accepted.
A mandatory site walk is scheduled for 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2020 Wake Avenue, Oakland, CA. Contact Simon Kobayashi (simon.kobayashi@ebmud.com) for requirements to register for the site visit.
