EBMUD is partnering with St. Vincent de Paul Society of Alameda County and Richmond Community Foundation on the Water Lifeline program to support EBMUD customers who are facing an emergency and cannot pay their bills.
EBMUD is proud to announce Richmond Community Foundation (RCF Connects) and SparkPoint Contra Costa as our new partners serving our Contra Costa County customers facing an emergency (due to the effects of COVID-19 and the recent economic shut-down) that affected their ability to pay their bills.
RCF Connects and SparkPoint CC identify individuals and families in need of assistance. Your generous support will positively impact the lives of your neighbors. Water is life.

EBMUD customers can make a donation to customers in need through our Alameda County EBMUD Water Lifeline Program. Funds donated are directly used towards EBMUD's customers bills.
