EBMUD is soliciting proposals for Air Emissions Source Testing at the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant (MWWTP) at 2020 Wake Avenue, Oakland, CA, and at the Maloney Pumping Plant at 5211 La Honda Road, El Sobrante, CA.
Optional Site Walks will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Please contact Chris Dembiczak at Chris.Dembiczak@ebmud.com or 510-287-0509 no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 25, 2026 to register for site walks.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026. Completed proposal must be submitted via electronic mail (email) to the project manager Chris Dembiczak at Chris.Dembiczak@ebmud.com.
