Immediately following unexpected infrastructure failures, storms, earthquakes, or other disasters, The District may declare an emergency. To maximize the District's readiness for future disasters and to give all contractors an opportunity to tell us about their capabilities and experience, we are inviting contractors, including subcontractors, to register their interest in providing emergency services to the District.

Completion of this form will enter your company's name and information into EBMUD's registry of contractors interested in receiving contracts for emergency repairs or equipment rental in the event of a disaster.
