The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage and risk management services. The selected Broker of Record will support loss control, claims consultation, contract risk review, claims audit assistance, and the marketing and placement of EBMUD’s commercial insurance program. Services also include evaluating alternative risk financing strategies and supporting EBMUD’s captive insurance operations.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 6:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026. Completed proposal should be submitted electronically to RiskMgmt@ebmud.com.
