Request for Proposal for Pavement Management Implementation Year 1

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation services at multiple District facilities and associated access roads within EBMUD’s North Service Area. Work includes base repairs, slurry sealing, milling and overlay, cape sealing, and full-depth reclamation.

Required Proposal site visits are tentatively scheduled to take place on January 14 and January 15, 2026.

The anticipated contract start date is April 20, 2026.
