The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals for Codification and Supplementation Services, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. SEC26-01.
EBMUD requests proposals from firms interested in performing an initial codification of the District’s ordinances, rules, and regulations and related maintenance, supplementation, and online hosting. The anticipated contract start date is July 31, 2026.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 12:00 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Completed proposal should be electronically submitted to secoffice@ebmud.com.
