EBMUD is soliciting proposals for Consulting Services for Groundewater and Wastewater Analysis, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. ECS-2601.
The District intends to award a three year contract (with two options to renew for one year terms) for consulting services required to support the District with its groundwater monitoring and reporting requirements issued by the regulating Regional Water Quality Control Board. Additionally, services may be needed to negotiate these requirements as field conditions and permits evolve over time. The anticipated contract start date is September 1, 2026.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026. Completed proposal should be electronically mailed to: deirdre.mena@ebmud.com. At this time, no hardcopy proposals will be accepted.
