The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act for the Miller Road Trench Soil Management Project.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Completed proposals must be submitted by electronic mail (email). The RFP packet shall be sent to Casey LeBlanc (casey.leblanc@ebmud.com).
