SD-465 Dewatering Improvements Project

Project Overview

East Bay Municipal Utility (EBMUD) is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified professional teams to serve as a Design-Builder for the SD-465 Dewatering Improvements Project. EBMUD plans to construct a new dewatering facility at its Main Wastewater Treatment Plant to replace the existing facility and has chosen to implement the project through the progressive design-build (PDB) collaborative delivery method. EBMUD seeks a qualified Design-Builder to collaborate with through the PDB process and provide a successful project

Statement of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, December 18, 2026.

The timeline below shows the major procurement activities leading to selection of the Progressive Design-Build Team and the current status of each activity.
