EBMUD is pleased to share its inaugural 2026 Economic Impact Report. The report, prepared by Laisar Management Group, examines how EBMUD’s operations, capital investments, workforce, procurement, and environmental stewardship contribute to the regional economy and communities served by the District. The Report analyzes economic activity associated with EBMUD spending during Fiscal Years 2023 through 2025.
