Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents 18+ within the EBMUD service area at the time of entry. Employees and directors of EBMUD, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by EBMUD, located at 375 11th St, Oakland, CA 94577.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on September 15 and ends on September 30 at 11:59 p.m. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
How to Enter: Fill out and submit the form. Limit one entry per person.
Prizes: (10) winner(s) will receive (1) 3.5 gallon WaterBrick stackable water storage container ($18.50 approximate retail value). No cash or prize substitution is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable.
Winner Selection and Notification: (10) Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the sponsor. Winner(s) will be notified via email within 14 days following selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
Release of Liability: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram). By participating, entrants release Meta from any and all liability related to this giveaway. Entrants also release EBMUD from any liability related to participation or prize use.
