BRIDGE Housing

BRIDGE Housing, a community housing non-profit, participated in EBMUD’s On-Bill Financing Program to finance plumbing fixture upgrades at their senior housing property in Emeryville, CA. Through the program, BRIDGE Housing installed:

  • 13 bathroom faucet aerators measuring 1 gallon per minute (gpm)

BRIDGE Housing paid for 1/3 of the upgrades upfront and financed 2/3 of the project on their EBMUD bill.
