All tour participants are required to sign a waiver on-site before joining a treatment plant tour. To help make check-in quick and easy, we encourage you to review the waiver before your visit.
- Please arrive at your tour meeting location 5 minutes before your scheduled departure. Tours leave promptly to stay on schedule.
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes are required for tour participants. No sandals or flip flops will be permitted.
- You’re visiting an active wastewater treatment facility. Please stay with your group, be aware of your surroundings and follow your tour guide’s instructions at all times.
- For your safety, please stay behind all guard rails and do not lean or reach over them.
