Get a $5 Bill Credit When You Go Paperless
Sign up for paperless billing and receive a one-time $5 bill credit.
Paperless billing is a faster, more convenient and secure way to receive and manage your EBMUD bill. It also helps reduce paper waste, lowers printing and mailing costs and supports EBMUD's sustainability efforts.
The $5 bill credit will be applied after two consecutive billing cycles once you enroll in paperless billing and stop receiving paper statements.
Who is eligible?
To qualify, you must:
- Enroll between July 21 and September 16, 2026.
- Have an active residential water service account.
- Have an account in good standing.
- Have no pending service shutoff orders.
- Be enrolling in paperless billing for the first time.
- Complete enrollment through the online customer portal or with assistance from an EBMUD Customer Service Representative.
