The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is seeking a qualified Proposer to deliver a cloud-based solution to support the District's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) management, financial tracking, and reporting functions.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025. Completed proposal should be submitted electronically to Victor de Loza, victor.deloza@ebmud.com. Hardcopy proposals will not be accepted.
Proposal presentations are tentatively scheduled to take place the week of December 15 - 19, 2025.
The anticipated contract start date is January 13, 2026.
