EBMUD is selling the Dingee Reservoir property, a corner lot on Bullard Drive and Estates Drive in the Oakland/Piedmont area. The site is approximately 1.83 acres and is situated in a residential area. Property is being sold as-is.
The asking price for the property is $2,500,000 with a Purchase Deposit of $250,000 required in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order.
This 1.83-acre property is being offered through a public sealed-bid auction on August 20, 2025 with a minimum bid of $2,500,000.
A 10% bid deposit is required from the selected bidder; this deposit is fully refundable if the bidder is not selected.
Offers may be sent by mail or delivered in person to the address below. The highest qualified bidder will be required to sign an Option Agreement, subject to approval by the EBMUD Board of Directors. The final sale and transfer of the property will occur only upon Board approval.
