Dingee Reservoir Surplus Sale

EBMUD is offering for sale the Dingee Reservoir property, an approximately 1.83-acre site located on the corner lot of Bullard Drive and Estates Drive in the Oakland/Piedmont area. The property contains an existing underground water reservoir and is being sold as-is.

This property is being offered through a public Request for Proposals process. Interested parties are invited to submit purchase proposals for consideration.

 

Proposal Terms

·               Minimum Offer: $2,500,000

·               Deposit Required: 10% of proposed purchase price

·               Deposit is refundable if the proposer is not selected

·               The selected proposer will be required to sign an Option Agreement, subject to approval by the EBMUD                   Board of Directors

·               Final sale and transfer of the property will occur only upon Board approval
