Water Distribution Pipeline Replacement Prioritization Software

East Bay Municipal Utility District (District) is soliciting proposals for a water distribution pipeline replacement prioritization software. The Proposer will use an AI, ML, or algorithm-based software to analyze and prioritize the replacement of water distribution pipeline using factors such as material, diameter, and historical leak rate. The District has over 4,200 miles of water distribution and transmission mains that will be ranked based on likelihood of failure, consequence of failure, and total risk.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Completed proposals should be emailed to amanda.lee@ebmud.com. Hardcopy proposals will not be accepted.
