Subscribe to EBMUD Board meeting agendas
East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) advises the public of a new subscription option for customers to receive public meeting agendas by email. The service is in accordance with California Senate Bill 707, an update to the Ralph M. Brown Act that modernizes digital accessibility and expands public engagement. EBMUD has also launched a translation tool on its website for Spanish and Chinese-speaking customers. Translation toggling is available at the top right corner of ebmud.com.
- What: The media and public may subscribe to receive Board meeting agendas by email. Up-to-date schedules and meeting materials available at https://www.ebmud.com/about-us/board-directors/public-meetings.
- Who: EBMUD Board of Directors consists of seven members elected by geographic wards to develop policies on behalf of the water agency. Learn more at https://www.ebmud.com/about-us/board-directors/your-board-members.
- When: Regular board meetings begin at 1:15 p.m. with committee meetings held in the morning prior to the regular meeting. On Aug. 18, 2026, the EBMUD Board of Directors will hold a special meeting to consider appointing current and uncontested Directors Luz Gómez and Andy Katz to represent Wards 2 and 4, respectively.
