EBMUD to participate in Community Resource Fair, utilities and community organizations partner to help customers enroll in financial assistance programs and manage monthly expenses

OAKLAND – The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), in partnership with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and the East Oakland Collective, will host a Community Resource Fair Bill Assistance Day to help qualify and enroll customers in financial assistance programs and provide resources to manage monthly expenses.

  • What: Community Resource Fair Bill Assistance Day
  • When: Tuesday, November 18, 2025; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Where: East Oakland Collective, 7800 MacArthur Blvd., Oakland, CA
  • Who: Representatives from EBMUD, PG&E, CalFresh, Xfinity, 211.org and more.
  • What to bring: Attendees should bill statements, photo ID and proof of income to qualify for discounted water and power rates and more. Eligibility is based on household income.
