EBMUD to participate in Community Resource Fair
EBMUD to participate in Community Resource Fair, utilities and community organizations partner to help customers enroll in financial assistance programs and manage monthly expenses
OAKLAND – The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), in partnership with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and the East Oakland Collective, will host a Community Resource Fair Bill Assistance Day to help qualify and enroll customers in financial assistance programs and provide resources to manage monthly expenses.
- What: Community Resource Fair Bill Assistance Day
- When: Tuesday, November 18, 2025; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Where: East Oakland Collective, 7800 MacArthur Blvd., Oakland, CA
- Who: Representatives from EBMUD, PG&E, CalFresh, Xfinity, 211.org and more.
- What to bring: Attendees should bill statements, photo ID and proof of income to qualify for discounted water and power rates and more. Eligibility is based on household income.
