Join us for a free Sheet Mulching Workshop and learn how to convert lawn to native plant garden!
As part of Lafayette's Community Service Day, expert Lori Caldwell will demonstrate how to convert grass/weeds to a native plant area, conserve water, without removing the grass. Volunteers will shovel mulch, lay down cardboard, and learn sheet mulching best practices.
Bring gloves, and if you have them, buckets and large shovels.
