596 Willow Street Service Center 002The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) plans to relocate the existing Central Area Service Center at 2149 Union Street in Oakland to a new site located at 2430 Willow Street in Oakland. The new site will include an administration building, warehouse, storage areas, electrical facilities, and parking. Construction is expected to begin late 2024.
