The Central Reservoir Replacement Project (Project) involves replacing East Bay Municipal Utility District’s (EBMUD) 154-million-gallon (MG) open-cut reservoir with three new 14-MG prestressed concrete tanks situated within the northern portion of the existing reservoir basin. EBMUD is requesting professional services proposals for the design of the Project.
