WHY: California is in an unprecedented drought prompting the need for conservation and extra water supply. EBMUD declared a stage 1 drought in April 2021 and is calling on the community to conserve water and meet the East Bay’s goal of eliminating water waste and reducing consumption by 10 percent. This fun and engaging series aims to provide practical tools and advice for every customer, whether they are first-time water conservers or long-time supersavers, the question remains: water you going to do about drought?
