Elderberry fruit.jpgUnder the direction of Ranger Lora Sparrowk, we will be removing support posts and protective cages from elderberry plantings within a section of the Mokelumne Watershed above Pardee Reservoir. No experience is necessary. All tools and equipment will be provided.

Registration Required: Email the Mokelumne Volunteer Program or call 209-772-8260. Include your telephone number.

Bring: Lunch, sturdy boots/shoes, work clothes (long pants), drinking water, work gloves, insect/tick repellent, sun glasses and sunscreen. No pets or alcohol.

Minors: Participants under 18 are welcome with written permission from a parent or guardian; an adult must accompany those under 16.

Level of Difficulty: No experience necessary. Project will require light lifting, bending, and the use of small hand tools.
