EBMUD is engaged in the statewide discussion and supports efforts to sustain the Bay Delta ecosystem. This is consistent with our commitment to maintaining a healthy Mokelumne River and healthy fisheries. EBMUD also recognizes the importance of reliable water supplies for other agencies in the Bay Area and throughout California. EBMUD is working hard to evaluate the plan and avoid any unfair impacts on East Bay customers’ water supply, rates and existing infrastructure investments as a result of the proposed plan.
