The District is requesting proposals from qualified Municipal Advisors to provide services as further described below. Work may include both standard municipal advisory work and work related to positioning the District as a leader in encouraging sustainability, social equity and good governance in public finance.
Firms that are small or have strengths in the requirements related to the positioning the District as a leader in encouraging sustainability, social equity and good governance in public finance are highly encouraged to apply.
Questions and other communication
- If you have questions about the RFP, please view the procedure in the RFP. The deadline for submitting questions or clarifications for consideration in the addendum is Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Other substantive questions may not be answered except through this process and a potential pre-submittal conference.
- The District may call a virtual pre-submittal conference on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific). If determined in the District’s best interest, an addendum will be issued before that date with further details. In all cases, the pre-submittal conference will not be mandatory.
- An addendum may be issued on Monday, June 21, 2021, which will respond to any questions asked before the deadline or that arise during the potential pre-submittal conference, if held.

Responses to the RFP are due by Friday, June 25, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (Pacific). Please follow the procedure for responding in the RFP.
