Environmental Services Related to the Quarry Site Trench Soils Restoration Project

EBMUD is soliciting proposals for environmental services related to the Quarry Site Trench Soils Restoration Project.  The District is in the planning phase of the Quarry Site Trench Soils Restoration Project, which includes performing environmental site studies and preparation of environmental documentation in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for two parcels totaling approximately 58 acres known as the Quarry Site located in unincorporated Alameda County between Lake Chabot Regional Park and the City of San Leandro.  The Quarry Site is private property and there is no public access.  Please note: Private security cameras record all activity at the front gate of the Quarry Site.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2020. 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all RFP responses must be submitted by electronic mail (“email”). Proposers are to submit one (1) original electronic RFP response (Exhibit A – RFP Response Packet, including Contract Equity Program forms and all additional documentation stated in the "Required Documentation and Submittals" section of Exhibit A).

Due to District email attachment file size limitations, RFP responses may need to be delivered via the proposer’s electronic file sharing application. If the proposer’s file sharing application is to be used, proposers are to confirm the District’s receipt of the file sharing email and successful download of the RFP with Chien Wang.
