Diversity and Inclusion Master Plan

EBMUD is proceeding with this master planning effort to develop a long-term roadmap (up to 20 years) for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) at the District. The selected consultant will: conduct internal and external assessments of the District’s past, current and planned D&I efforts, conduct benchmarking of leading and innovative D&I practices in public and private sector, including organizational and reporting structure for D&I responsibilities, make recommendations for improvement, and develop a written D&I Master Plan with clear goals and metrics for evaluating short-term progress and long-term success.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2019. Please include one (1) original hard copy RFP response package with original ink signatures along with one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on CD or USB flash drive of your proposal (please include proposer's name, return address, and RFP title on mailing package).
