Customer Opinion Survey 2025

EBMUD is seeking outside services to develop and administer a 2025 residential consumer opinion survey in English, Spanish, and Chinese by April 2025. The selected consultant will consider the survey approach used in the past and recommend any changes to approaches and research tools based on current best practices for data gathering; complete a written report and presentations; provide all raw data collected and high-level and detailed analyses of trends, demographics, key consumer concerns, and opportunities for improving customer opinion.
