The Board of Directors of the East Bay Municipal Utility District will hold two public hearings in the Administration Center Board Room, 375 Eleventh Street, Oakland, California on the following items:

  • To consider a resolution ordering the Wet Weather Facilities Charge to be collected on the property tax roll, and the amount of the charge for each parcel for the year. The applicable Wet Weather Facilities Charge for each parcel is computed in conformance with the schedule of rates and charges in Resolution No. 35142-19, adopted by the Board of Directors on June 11, 2019, establishing the water and wastewater systems’ schedules of rates and charges subject to Proposition 218, including the Wet Weather Facilities Charge for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2019.

  • Collection of unpaid delinquent charges through property tax bills for multi-family accounts. A report to transfer unpaid delinquent charges to the property tax rolls was filed with the Board on June 25, 2019. Any interested person may attend the meeting and be heard or present written comments to the Board of Directors at or prior to the conclusion of the public hearings.
