Range Resource Management Plan
A key component of the 1996 East Bay Watershed Master Plan was the development and implementation of a range management program that would address grazing and range management issues. The Range Resource Management Plan (RRMP) is a result of that effort. The purpose of the RRMP is to guide the use of livestock grazing on EBMUD-owned watershed lands in the East Bay as a tool for managing vegetation to meet fire protection/fuel management, water quality, and biodiversity goals.
