EBMUD offers monetary rewards to community organizations who create publicly accessible community gardens or urban farm projects that demonstrate water conserving principles. These gardens are a great tool to help the public learn about ways to save water in the urban landscape.
Awards range from $500 to $15,000.

How to apply
Applications are accepted year-round. Awards are paid only upon completion of the project. Once you establish eligibility please complete the application and maintenance agreement provided below.
