October 4 - 11, 2008 is California No Drugs Down the Drain Week. EBMUD is holding collection events as noted below. For additional events throughout the Bay Area and state, visit the statewide campaign website www.NoDrugsDownTheDrain.org.

No Drugs Down The Drain Medicine Collection Event

State Building, First Floor Lobby
1515 Clay St, Oakland CA
Wednesday, October 8, 2008, 10am - 2pm

Bring medicine in original containers with your name and medical information marked out.
No controlled substances (vicodin, codeine, valium, etc.) accepted at this event. Controlled medication will be accepted at the EBMUD event on October 9th (see below).

This collection event is a collaboration of EBMUD, the Regional Water Quality Control Board and Teleosis Institute.

Bring any type of medicine in original containers with your name and medical information marked out.

This collection event is in collaboration with the CA Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement.
