Watershed and Recreation Rules and Regulations
EBMUD's Watershed Rules and Regulations were established in 1989 and are amended as necessary to comply with changes in State boating laws, and address changes in watershed/recreation area activities. These rules and regulations pertain to all District watershed lands, recreation areas, and the trail system.
