program for landlords that allows the landlord to assume responsibility to pay
for water service when a tenant moves out. The charge for this service is
$20.00.
Toilet
Rebate Program
EBMUD
offers residential and business customers from $25 up to $100 for the purchase
of approved High-Efficiency Toilets (HET) and Ultra-Low Flow Toilet models.

water service via mail for residential or commercial accounts.

Direct Payment - Direct Payment is an electronic payment service. Instead of mailing a check or paying in person, you authorize EBMUD to automatically deduct your water bill payment from your designated bank account.
Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment - EBMUD is now offering the convenience of viewing and paying your bill online from any computer with Internet access. Online bill payment is simple, convenient and completely secure.
