What is an e-bill?
An EBMUD e-bill is a complete electronic version of the paper bill you currently receive, available for your review online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A secure log-in process and 128-bit encryption protects your online bill and ensures that only you have access to your billing information. You simply review and decide when to pay your e-bill online with a click of the mouse. You can cancel e-bill service at any time and begin receiving paper bills again on your next billing cycle.
How do I sign-up to view or pay my EBMUD bill online?
To begin receiving your EBMUD bill online, you must sign-up on the Internet through an online bill payment service provider. To register you will need your bank account number and your EBMUD account number (located at the top of your bill).
At the bill payment service provider's web site, you enter your own unique logon, password and bank account information. Make sure you write down your logon name and password because you will need them every time you access your account and manage your bills. You can pay your EBMUD bill at no charge. You can also "pay all the bills" for a nominal fee determined by the provider. Click here to enroll through a service provider.
