Watershed and Recreation Rules and Regulations

EBMUD's Watershed Rules and Regulations were established in 1989 and are amended as necessary to comply with changes in State boating laws and address changes in watershed/recreation area activities.  These rules and regulations pertain to all District watershed lands, recreation areas, and the trail system.

Sewer System Management Plan (Camanche and Pardee Recreation Areas)

The Sewer System Management Plan describes how EBMUD effectively manages operation and maintenance of sewer collection systems at Camanche and Pardee Recreation Areas to reduce and prevent sanitary sewer overflows, and includes a notification flowchart for reporting spill events.
