The State Water Resources Control Board Delta Flow Criteria

On August 3, 2010, the State Water Resources Control Board (Board) adopted Resolution 2010-0039 approving a report determining new flow criteria for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta ecosystem needed to protect public trust resources per the Board's public trust obligations in compliance with Senate Bill No. 1 of the 2009-2010 Seventh Extraordinary Session.

As part of this process, EBMUD submitted clarifying questions to the Board on March 9, 2010. The District's Fisheries and Riparian Ecosystem Reports and Published Literature was submitted to support those clarifying questions.
