Landlord Intervening Water Service Program

This program assists landlords with avoiding service interruption when a tenant moves out of a rental property.  Landlords pay a one-time $23 processing fee to enroll in the program and decide which accounts will be included in the agreement.

This agreement ensures that when a tenant terminates service at a rental property, the landlord will automatically be assigned as responsible for the water service until a new tenant establishes service. Accounts can be added and removed from the agreement at any time. A $23 modification fee will be charged for each change to the agreement.
