OH DEER! Coping with Bambi in the Garden
Yes, it IS possible to garden in
deer country; but first, you'd better find out how to deal with those wily
antlered creatures. Bob Hornback (who manages to live with deer every day in his
wooded garden) will show you tried-and-true techniques -- including plant
selection, repellents and protective barriers -- that will help your garden
coexist peacefully with Bambi and his friends and relatives.
The class is offered by the San
Francisco Botanical Garden Society and will be held in San Francisco, CA.
Saturday, July 11, 9:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m.
Members $45.00; Non-members
$55.00
