EBMUD currently rebates WaterSmart high-efficiency toilets which have been independently tested for their flush performance and water savings reliability. Only models available in stores in our service area and which are tested under the Uniform North American Requirements (UNAR), rated at 350 grams per flush or higher, are rebated.
