Biodiesel Production Facility
EBMUD is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and
technical proposals from qualified firms interested in entering into a long term
land lease agreement with EBMUD to design, build, and operate a biodiesel
production facility under a property lease agreement.
Please note that the deadline has been extended from July 18 to August 8, 2008,
and an addendum has been added to the Request for Statement of Qualifications
and Proposal.
Please refer to the addendum and RFP below for detailed
information regarding the call-in procedure and process.
Six (6) copies of the SOQ
and technical proposal
are due by 4:00 PM PST on August 8, 2008.
Postmarked, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
