Assessment of Current Capabilities and Improvement Recommendations
EBMUD is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals to analyze our current software development and software support capabilities, and to provide recommendations and a customized roadmap for activities and training for District staff that will help us improve these capabilities.
One (1) electronic copy of the proposal and all attachments on CD or via email must be received by 3:00pm PST on Friday, May 30, 2008. Postmarked or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
