The Contract Equity Program and Equal Employment Opportunity Guidelines describe the program and contracting objectives and include the forms bidders must complete.
The Contract Equity Business Directories are listings of all the firms that have self-certified the ethnicity and gender of their ownership and are in the EBMUD database. The Engineering Consultant Roster lists pre-screened engineering and architectural firms who submitted acceptable statement of qualifications.
The Contract Equity Program Annual Report describes recommendations for program improvements, internal and external activities, outreach efforts, policies, and statistical results.
The Contract Equity Program Newsletter,The Equalizer, has informational articles, upcoming contract opportunities, and a calendar of community events.
